Sarah Allen

With over nine years’ experience in the careers sector, including seven years specialising in apprenticeships, Sarah has developed a strong track record in supporting individuals into sustainable careers within construction and supporting Construction employers to source talent.

Apprenticeships at Salford City College work with over 300 apprentices each year across a range of construction pathways, including professional construction roles.

Alongside this, Sarah works closely with Salford City Council on the Build Salford programme, contributing to local workforce development and helping to create accessible opportunities for residents to enter and progress within the construction sector.

Passionate about widening participation and strengthening the future workforce, Sarah brings practical insight, industry knowledge, and a clear commitment to supporting both learners and employers across the construction landscape.
