Leadership Under Pressure: Delivering Projects with Fewer People and More Risk

I help people change their relationship with money so they can set bold, ambitious goals and create success, impact, and freedom on their terms.

The people I work with come from different places. Some are business owners. Some are leaders in their careers. Some are women building credibility and confidence in construction. Some are graduates entering the industry and wanting to get it right from the start. What they all have in common is capability, ambition, and a quiet sense that they could be doing more, earning more, or living differently, if only something would shift.

Very often, that something is money.

Not how much they earn or spend, but how they think about money. The beliefs they’ve picked up along the way. What they allow themselves to want. What feels realistic, acceptable, or out of reach. Those beliefs shape goals, decisions, confidence, and ultimately the life people build.

My work focuses on changing that relationship with money so bigger goals become possible. Not chasing money for its own sake, but using it as a tool. A facilitator for choice, freedom, security, and impact.

I’ve spent over 40 years working in and around the construction industry, carving out my own career by setting bold goals and growing into them. I know what it’s like to work in demanding environments, to step into leadership, and to build confidence where it isn’t always handed to you. I also know what it’s like to live with financial pressure, scarcity thinking, and self doubt around money, and to move beyond it over time.

That lived experience shapes everything I do.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting women in construction, where ambition can still feel uncomfortable to voice, and leadership often comes before confidence. I also work closely with graduates, helping them build the knowledge, understanding, and self belief they need to secure the roles they want and succeed once they’re in them.

I don’t believe in hustle culture or surface level mindset work. I believe in clear thinking, intentional goal setting, and making decisions that align money, values, and the life you actually want to live.

If you’re ready to rethink your relationship with money, set goals that genuinely stretch you, and build success with honesty, integrity, and impact, you’re in the right place.
