Andy Batty

Andy is a highly experienced Legal Director, responsible for managing disputes for key clients on complex, large-scale construction, infrastructure and energy projects in the UK and overseas. He also wins significant mandates from key clients in his own name and is well regarded by clients for delivering notable results.
Andy applies innovative tools and approaches to the resolution of business-critical disputes. He is a leader of the firm’s adjudication practice, responsible for the development of several of the team’s innovative technology solutions, including the award winning Adjudication Analytics tool.
Andy is highly experienced in all forms of dispute resolution proceedings and ADR, and with issues including professional negligence, defects, delay and disruption, loss and expense and valuation/final accounts.
